金保昇,课题二负责人。东南大学,教授,博导。现任东南大学党委常委,副校长。先后入选国家教育部跨世纪优秀人才专项计划(1995)、首批江苏省“333 工程”和“青蓝工程”学科带头人培养计划(1996)、江苏省“333 高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科技领军人才(2007)和江苏省创新团队负责人(2011)。从事固体废弃物处理处置及其相关的多相流动和热质传递、工程热物理及相关交叉领域的研究工作,负责完成国家863、973、国家自然科学基金项目、欧盟发展与合作项目以及部省级等科研课题36 项;获国家科技进步二等奖1 项、教育部和江苏省科技进步/技术发明一等奖1 项、二等奖9 项;授权国家发明专利25 件;发表学术论文近300 篇,其中SCI 收录62 篇、EI 收录128篇。
